Professor Vladimir Kulikovsky, a nationally recognised medical professional, Honorary Citizen of Belgorod, and long-standing teacher at Belgorod State University's Medical Institute, met with students as part of the Region's 65th anniversary celebrations
The meeting was held at the Centre for Civil Society and Patriotism. Professor Kulikovsky talked about his life and work, and shared his vision for the future of the Medical Institute. He said that the strategic plan for the Institute has recently been completed. The plan calls for a massive expansion of the range of specialisms and disciplines, the introduction of innovative educational tools, and an increase in the number of students. The Professor urged medical professionals to stay committed to their career. There was a Q&A and a book signing, after which Dr Svetlana Ostrikova, Vice-Rector for èƵ and Youth, thanked the Professor for all his efforts throughout the '65 Good Deeds' program.
