The training was organized within implementation of the working program of cooperation between BelSU cultural science and political science department and the Belgrade Institute of political researches (Serbia). The program of a training included the latest scientific directions in the field of theoretical and empirical political science, inclusion in research activities for the “Domestic Policy of Serbia” course.

During the training Irina Gukova has taken part in work of the round table conference dedicated to a youth perspective, having made the report of "Feature of development of social and political activity of modern youth" and also has held the presentation of BelSU, social and theological department and cultural science and political science department. Coordination of questions on the organization of joint scientific activity of Institute and BelSU was an important part of a scientific training program.

During negotiations between the director of Institute of political researches, the doctor of political sciences Zhivoyin Dzhurich and the acting manager of cultural science and political science department Alla Krivets, the agreement on the edition of the joint scientific magazine "Administratsija I Javne Politike" ("Administration and public policy") is reached, the program of holding the VI International scientific conference "Culture. Policy. Understanding" which will take place on May 17-19, 2018 in Belgrade. Besides Institute of political researches, the Center of the Russian researches – Faculty of political sciences of the Belgrad University will act as co-organizers of a conference.
