An international research and practice conference Neuro project management was held at the State University of Management and the Analytical Center for the Government of the Russian Federation. It was attended by practitioners from leading scientific organizations in Russia, Serbia, Afghanistan and Armenia, as well as representatives of government and municipal authorities and members of the youth project management association Young Crew Russia.

The conference was attended by representatives of universities and Russian organizations involved in project management, neuroscience, medicine and psychology. Among the speakers was the director of the NRU “BelSU” Research and Design Center for Cognitive Neuroscience and Neurotechnology, Maria Sitnikova. In her report “Achievements, prospects and possible difficulties of the functional spectroscopy use in the near infrared range in educational and cognitive neurosciences” Maria Alexandrovna talked about a promising neuroimaging technique that allows for conducting well-planned studies of brain activation in scientific laboratories and organizing field neuroscience research: at schools, hospitals, offices, shopping centers.

“The possibilities of modern neuroimaging methods can be successfully utilized in project management, sociology and economics,” emphasized Maria Alexandrovna. – “In Russia such devices are already available at the Belgorod State University, at the Innopolis University and the Russian Academy of ��è��Ƶ”.
