Mathieu Thibault and Diana Cogan from Abbott gave a lecture called 'An Introduction to Project Management Using the Example of Serialisation'. Serialisation is a hot topic in pharmacology, as the law on administering and marketing drugs has been tightened recently for public health reasons. The government is seeking tighter regulation, as many substandard and ineffective drugs are undermining health professionals ability to work effectively. Students were able to give their opinions and question the experts on the law's implementation, and how it would effect their professional work.
