Permanent exhibition of students鈥� and teachers鈥� scientific and technical achievements and was ceremonially opened on the eve of the 140th anniversary of the BelSU
On the exhibition, opened to the 140th anniversary of the University scientific and technical exhibition, the achievements of research laboratories, centers, small innovative enterprises BelSU are presented, including the results of projects in the field of materials science and radiation physics, IT, GIS and energy conservation, biotechnology, medicine and pharmacy.
"In recent years we have significantly increased the amount of research work. And we have something to show in this exhibition, because the Belgorod State University is among the top twenty of the best Russian research universities ", - noted in his welcoming speech BelSU Rector Oleg Poluhin.
Honorary guests of the exhibition were the deputy governor of the Belgorod region Oleg Abramov, a federal inspector in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative in the Central Federal District Olga Kremneva and CEO of JSC "VladMiVa", Head of BelSU department 鈥淢edical-technical systems" Vladimir Chuev.
Young researchers who won the Russian President's grant for state support of young Russian scientists, Candidates of Sciences, received honorary certificates of victory in the competition from the federal inspector.
" Belgorod region received the largest number of letters and all these letters belong to the young scientists of your university," - said Olga Kremneva.
Also, Vladimir Chuev congratulated the university with the scientific and industrial achievements. He spoke positively about the cooperation with the University of JSC "VladMiVa", mentioning that the company LLC "Nanoapatit" became the best among small innovative companies in the region.
The head of the student design bureau IITiEN Andrey Oleynikov spoke about the achievements of the design bureau on behalf of Young Scientists at the opening of the exhibition.
After the official part where was a tour of the new exhibition for those present. The central exhibit, digital portable camera "Dragonfly" was shown by employee of training and scientific information and measurement and control systems laboratory, Director of IIP Ltd "BelSU control and measuring devices " Yuri Maslakov.
The exhibition, that now occupies a part of recreation, will grow and expand. It will be the venue for the scientific and popular events.
