BelSU scientists listed the heritage of Nikolai Strakhov

BelSU scientists made an aggregated list of manuscripts and correspondence of Rusian XIXth century polymath, correspondent member of the Russian Academy of Science, Belgorod鈥檚 native Nikolai Strakhov.

Specialists from BelSU Social-theology department together with their colleagues from the largest St. Petersburg’s archives made a complete catalogue of N. Strakhov鈥檚 unique documents. Staff of National Library of Russia gifted digital copies of Strakhov鈥檚 books鈥� front pages with autographs to BelSU. The Strakhov鈥檚 heritage is studied by the scientists of Russia, Canada, China and other countries. Since 1996 BelSU has been held International Strakhov Readings. The first library-museum of Strakhov in Russia was opened in BelSU in 2009. It鈥檚 digital archive was completed with the aid of Presidential grant.
