The master class about the usage of the Transonic и Biopac ultrasonic flow meters and micro sensor of pressure took part in the BelSU Center of pre-clinical and clinical studies (CPCS) as one of the events of technological platform (TP) «Medicine of the future».

Scientists of CPCS, postgraduates of BelSU Pharmacology Department, representatives of Volgograd Medical University took part in the seminar.

Astrid Hagens, representative of «Herewith Transonic Inc.» (Netherlands)  and Nikolai Ryabtsev, representative of «Biopac Inc.» (USA) told guests about the theory basics and special aspects of practical use of invasive and uninvasive sensors for arterial pressure measuring, chamber pressure measuring and blood flow measuring.  

All participants got career enhancement certificates in using Transonic и Biopac systems.

“In year 2015 our Center will be certified in ELASA and such seminars will go on”, ­– said Mikhail Pokrovski, the head of BelSU CPCS.
